suddenly I got lower chest pain with light sweating It happened a few months back also and after a few minutes it disappeared like nothing happened it could be due to gases or something serious!?( I had tea on an empty stomach today )

A. hi. it may be some muscular pain most probably. keep your healthy lifestyle, include healthy well balanced meals in routoen, do sone physical activity on regular basis,keep a watch on blood pressure too.
