stomach bloating for my son since 20 days.... what would be the reason... he's passing urine and motion regularly... only stomach is fluffy and bloating

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. T might be due to gas so give him saunf ka paani abd start giving half teaspoon toasted ajwain with water to the baby to relieve bloating abd gas and keep him hydrated abd give fruits
