Starting se contraction aa raha hai jab only cervix 2cm open hai toh tabhi se contraction aya toh push karte rehna hai kya ...full dilate hone k liye.pls guide ya without push kiye hi cervix full dilation means 10cm ho jata hai kya so just guide starting se contraction k time push karna hai ya nahi pls guide

Mam you don’t have to push when you have pain or your cervix is dilated to 2 cm till the time the cervix does not dilate totally you don’t have to push your doctors will tell you if you’re not visited the hospital yet please stay there take guidance from the doctor for clearing your mind
