Q.

spotted some of the grey hairs in the beginning. consult doctor. on doing blood test we got to know that he have iron and vitamin d deficiency. we are giving supplement from one month.. still the grey hairs are increasing.

A. I be very honest with you deficiencies I’ve got no connection with hair colour of the child despite women and people who have proper haemoglobin levels have white hair and some women who have very low haemoglobin levels do not have white hair through their life also so it is just basically I think that parents do not know these kind of lifestyle we maintain adult in the food and the food that we have you know is basically a very big problem and that is leading to this from the time of birth itself kids are taking birth with white hair so I don’t think so because of deficiency the hair are going to be the same is for home remedy I would just recommend you to apply mustard oil that really should be beneficial in avoiding for the whitening of the hair
