soother/pacifier are confirmed unsafe for babies now as they cause risk for infection. wanted to confirm if teether are safe ?

A. hi yes teether is different thing you May give it i would suggest to give Babyhug silicone teether which is specially designed for baby's sensitive and delicate gums
