Sone white patches are making on my baby skin as I applied desowen as prescribed by my doctor for eczema.Kinldy suggest which medicine should I apply or it will cure by its own.

White spots on the body and face could be some gufungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
