Q.

son not sleeping continuously more than 3 hours...then after that taking 1-2 hours for sleep again what is the reason

A. Avoid giving daytime nap to the child and make sure that the child gets eventually tired by the night mentally and physical exhausted and can sleep at a stretch for a long time so I think this is definitely going to be quite helpful
