son has avoiding food from 2 days, he is going stool very hardly

Hello mom their could be some tummy issue he is having , so you have to make sure he is mostly on home cooked foods only and avoid packaged foods and also the consistency need to be semi solids and give him enough liquids as well. Regular massages , cycle movements are helpful
