sometimes my baby cries when he is having rumbling sound from his stomach, pls help

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this is moment of intestine It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine
