Q.

sometimes in night food is not digesting for me and it became gastric problem for overall night. after i take vomit only iam becoming normal. in that what shall I do.can i take pan 40

A. Namaste ,Mom, What the time gao between last meal and sleep? would recommend to have eary dinner before 7 pm as such and observe at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime
