Sometimes a pain occurs near by heart.. whai so the reason behind any gas or something else?pls answer ots urgent ?

See if you don’t have any problem your history has been clear there is no pain in the arm along with your heart area then it’s mostly associated with gas but still if the pain has been constant I would recommend you to check with your doctor as of now you can take Eno or Digene that will help
