no please don't get panic.
don't listen such things.
just offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet to your child.
give green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits , nuts more
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
avoid going outside especially with your child.
maintain good hygiene
