Somedays my milk become less that I can’t feed my baby even 3 times in a day wat to do

A. Start consuming more of fluids and do not do any dietary alterations have a good ETA good and also start with lactation supplements that is going to be helpful in boosting up your breast feeding over the period so take them at least for a month or two if it helps in boosting up your feed
