some doctor provide iron syrup for 3 month baby what is the reason what drops can be given to new born baby

A. Well actually if they feel that the child live low on iron then only they suggest you to give us supplement to the child and which one would be the best to be given to the child in this age would be approved by the Dr with the right amount of dosage to follow
