A. this may be blocked milk ducts...it generally caused pain during the Breastfeeding... so what you can do is.. express the excess milk.. don't express the whole milk.. just express the extra milk... also use warm water compress to easy on... it will be reduced within few day.. if the problem is too severe and continues even after that then please consult the gynaecologist

A. Hello...A white spot on the nipple may also be referred to as a blocked nipple pore, a bleb or a milk blister. ... A white spotmight cause nipple pain, especially during a breastfeed. The blockage is usually caused by either an overgrowth of skin or a small amount of thickened milk... Apply moist heat to soften the blister prior to nursing. Several times per day, add a saline soak prior to applying the moist heat. Clear the skin from the milk duct. Nurse or pump with a hospital-grade pump. Treat the milk blister after nursing to aid healing.
