Q.

solid food is good for 3month baby? some people told me to give ragi and cow's milk.but still i never start it. so please give me some clarification about this

A. It's not good. Breast milk is nature’s perfect food for babies.Breast milk contains the perfect mix of fat, protein and carbohydrate for the babies .. It contains protective substances that give her immunity to diseases.In the early stages of a baby’s life, breast milk meets all of her nutrient needs. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two to three hourly and on demand.
