soha has fever n lot of dry cough plz advice some medicine for her

Crocin DS and brozeet kids for dry cough you can give to the child both the medicines can be given to the child as per the current age and weight of your child first one is for fever that you can repeat after every six hours the second one is for cough you can give it twice in a day further also I would recommend if needed you can nebulise your child
