Q.

so I had a laproscopy surgery for isthmocele repair in the previous month of May now when can I conceive and is there any chances of rupture again

A. having recently done with surgery , you should have a gap of 4-5 months to concieve . as it needs to be healed properly as in pregnancy , it may reoccur
