small dot size black spots on my 4month old baby's scalp as shown in the picture. what is it, should I be concerned!?

A. your child is having cradle cap or seborrheic dermatitis (baby dandruff) you have to daily apply baby shampoo on the scalp of the child during the bathing. do not apply any type of oil onz the scalp during the daytime but only apply oil at the night time. within one week the cradle cap will disappear. z cradle cap is baby dandruff and is a type of fungal infection .

A. Apply coconut oil regularly I think that’s going to be helpful in this current situation further more if you do not see them subsiding or the problem becoming better in terms of a solution then in that case you should check it with your paediatrician ones
