Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. fever and cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetafmol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline gargles .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it is best to give luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. along with that ,give food like warm soup with ginger and garlic in it.
