sleep regression in babies..how to overcome?

A. the sleep requirements of z child is quite variable means it varies from baby to baby. so you should not worry about this. if your child is comfortable and accepting feeds and passing urine and growing well then nothing to worry about this

A. just wanted to check when did the sleep regression got over for ur baby... how the baby sleeps now

A. babies do not have fixed sleeping pattern till 7-8 months. they can't differentiate between day and night and they need some time to adjust to the new world. sleepless nights is very common with new parents. just be patient and soon the baby will develop a fixed sleeping pattern. massage your baby daily before sleeping. make sure the baby doesn't have gas problem due to which he can't sleep. apply hing paste around the naval in case of gas. make him wear comfortable clothes and make sure you have put the correct size diaper and it is not leaked. feed the baby well before sleeping. you can even feed the baby while lying down when the mother and baby is sleeping.
