six months baby poop count is 5 tyms a day poop is slightly mucus and yellow.. formula milk fed baby...normal day intake milk is 600ml to 680ml..her appetite has also decreased.

A. this is normal phenomenon and no treatment is required. but if you feel thrat something is different you can get it examined by the doctor. many times examination may be needed to give final diagnosis. r
