sir... yesterday suddenly my daughter had fever...it was 100.3 ..she is 4 months 12 days old...in our family no one has fever cold cough also...she had 4 times loose stools.. doctor said may be it is a viral infection...I want to know that why my daughter suddenly got fever ...I also maintain so much hygiene..

A. may be viral feve .For fever paracetamol can be given to baby 3 to 4 times in a day and steam along with any cough syrup like ascoril can be given to baby 3 times in a day . But if any difficulty then consult near by doctor .
