Q.
Sir, when my daughter breathes, the sounds come very loudly, something khar khar why? And also drinks less milk and sleeps less at night. she is now 3 andbhalf months old only

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract.
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It Could be a chest congestion due to cough issues that your child may be facing if you want you can take a guidance from your doctor on that they can advise you with the right course of medicine you should be giving to the child if there is any issue like
