Sir when my baby was born on feb 8th he was admitted to NICU having a creatinine of 6.7 we had done usg during the said time found that tiny cyst in both kidney and Hydroneprhosis in left kidney and now baby is more than 4 months old we have done usg now now the report has been attached. Request you sir to kindly help and guide us what needs to be done as creatinine level has come down to 3.1 as of now
