Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi best way to track baby's weight is to plot height & weight periodically on a growth chart Baby's ideal weight would depend on birth weight Usually till 1st 6 months, babies gain 400 to 500 gm each month
