A. You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon including healthy snacks – are now your child's main source of energy and nutrition. He can take between three quarters to one cup of food three to four times a day, plus one to two snacks between meals.

A. Toddler servings Aim for 2.5-4 serves of vegetables and legumes per day. Aim for 1-1.5 serves of fruit per day. Aim for 4 serves of grains per day. Aim for 2 serves of meat, fish, eggs or nuts per day. Aim for 2 serves of milk, yoghurt, cheese per day.
