sir want to gain weight I m just 48 kg any supplement plz advice

A. Hi, try to focus more on healthy balanced and homecooked foods. include nuts , dried fruit, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, potato, sweet potato, boiled sprouts, pulses, whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, etc and use ghee in meal preparations. add small mid-meals after every 2 hours and regularize your meal timings.

A. hey mommy it's best to focus on the diet versus the calories you are in taking. using a app would be apt. eat starch rich food items. also make sure you are eating a well balanced diet.
