sir tell me how to train 8 years girl to remember everything... she forget all the things in the school and she forget her daily routine also very careless

A. assign small tasks to your child. don't expect perfection from your child. let your child take own time to complete the tasks.

A. hi visit your pediatrician for once. at home ,you must practice yoga or mediation daily. it will definitely help. give Healthy diet to your child. give soaked almonds and walnuts daily in morning. keep your child well hydrated.
