sir, suggest some drops for free motion for 4montb old baby and under the neck due to milk drooping redness has come any ointment. we are using medicated powder but not reduced.

prefer collar less Cotton clothes for your child
keep your child in well vantileted room

for Free motions , I would suggest to give plenty of breastfeeds.
make sure your child get enough milk
give massage on daily basis.
you may use Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your child.
