A. Hi mom U cab give all that you cook for your family. There is is no restriction on that once the baby completes one year. U can give give seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish if u are non vegetarian, ghee, dry fruits, pulses, cereals etc to ur baby
