Q.

sir, please confirm confirm what food we can give to child to fulfill the deficiency of calcium also please advise if amul milk is good for child and can give thrice a day..

A. supplement..like..Milk, ghee, yogurt serve as the good calcium source. spinach, ladyfinger, broccoli, sweet potatoes, beans, tofu, Soy milk, lentils. Brown rice, ragi etc are high in calcium. Nuts like almonds are rich in calcium.
