sir namaskar..I'm frm Odisha,angul,my daughter have hernia in the groin area..there is no pain now..I have conducted ultrasound also and doctor said for operation .so sir kindly can said is it safe for 3 yrs old kid for operation ..which type of operation I will do.. laparoscopy or normal surgery..
