Q.
Sir my son sai continue 5 months and he facing dehydration in this summer and facing lots of sweating .Sir also he vomating evey day two to three times.Before one month it's started and now also continue .Some time he digest the instant food but some time whenever I give the milk he suddenly do vomating .Sir please give me advice can I give ors to the baby then how much because my milk is not sufficient for him. and which ors I give to the baby

Your milk is very much sufficient for baby. Please don't give anything from outside as baby has not completed 6 month.
Give exclusive breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Mother's milk is easily digestible. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month.
