sir my son is not gaining weight.....he is 4 and half years old ....he does not eat rice and milk what shud I do

Author of questionGuardian of a 9 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. mam is there any high protein powder ...that can be added in the meals which he eats... there are such powders which are given with milk that i know....but he doe not take milk in original form si i give him flavoured milk shakes that comes in tetra pack in the market....is it fine

Hi mom No need to worry It will correct soon Make meal time fun with toys and story telling Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Take a good care of your baby Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
