sir my son is 8 years old , he have nose bleeding in both seasons winter and summer, if we put wet cloth on nose it stop. is any test required or medicine.

It’s not healthy so I would recommend you to get it checked with an ENT doctor these things are commonly seen with kids it’s not a major issue but it’s definitely an issue that needs to be taken care of so kindly get it checked with an ENT doctor further they will advise you on the same
