Sir, My son is 6 year old and I m facing following issue kindly suggest 1. Age 6 year but weight is 32Kg 2. Regular complain pain in mussels of leg below knee approx 2-3 times in a week 3. Teeth is coming zig zag way not at their place

A. Hi at this age there is mixed dentition present in which some are milk and other are permanent teeth. there can be crowding due to bigger size of permanent teeth. but for proper evaluation please consult with nearest Pediatric Dentist.
