Q.
sir my son is 5 yrsand 10 months old....he is 17.4 kgs in wt. and 115 cm approx in height.....he is active nd have normal appetite...performs his daily work nd studies satisfactorily......is he is under wt.....or is der anything to worry?????

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Weight is pretty good within the range according to the kiddos age not to worry about the weight much if the kiddo is active and healthy otherwise.
give a proper balanced diet include dry fruits ghee full cream milk all the seasonal fruits vegetables dairy products etc in the kiddos diet and also encourage the kiddo to play outdoor games
