Q.

Sir, My Son is 19 months old. He only do actions but not talk atleast small words. His hearing is normal, He is also active kid. But my question is Why he didn't talk??? and he is addicted to me and his Dad only. But When new persons try to talk with him, he didn't respond. What is the Solution??? Please reply Sir

A. to improve speech -read different books to the child -talk to the child daily routine like the child understands you with regular eye contact -singing songs and rhymes -while talking repeat what your child says with right pronunciation and do not criticize the child -avoid screen time(tv mobile laptop). leave permit the child to watch the activities that allow to improve his language -take your child outside (open environment) and have a talk with the child regarding the things around the child -introduce new words gradually for proper understanding -speak about things child is interested in. take care
