Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. no need to worry
mam ,it is not necessary for kids to reach at ideal measurements.
if a child looks happy and active, take food and sleep well, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about such measurements
