Q.

sir , my son 2 1/2 yrs old having vit d deficiency rikets pbm, taking medicines as per doctor consultation even though I m too much worried abt tat. wn he ll recover sir. can u suggest me further tips.. tnq sir

A. yes, he will recover. do follow your treating doctor advice. Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day . The best way to get your daily dose of vitamin D is by spending time out in the sun.  children should spend time outdoors with areas of their skin uncovered... morning sunlight is good. daily give vit d enrich food like cow milk, orange juice,oatmesl, mushrooms,tofu, orange juice, all dairy products, youghrt, Cheese, egg yolk, soymilk , cereals, fatty fish,.

A. I I can only tell you the correct Doctor Who is actually monitoring your child for You can only give you the right consultation and also if you need to you can consult your doctor for any other further treatment or medicine required because they only can correct the adviser in anything
