Q.

Sir my milk is not generating to that amount which my baby is required in every two hours ...what should I do...should I give milk powder or can I take some milk to generate mother'smilk ...kindly suggest

A. include Some healthy food in ur diet on regular basis.. like Daal, ghee, dryfruits, jaggery, jeera ,papaya etc.. some herbs like satavari powder with milk also works to increase breast milk..meanwhile u can give formula milk to ur baby...pls don't give any other milk powder or cow milk.. my baby is also in mix feed and I m giving her Aptamil Gold formula milk .. so recommending u same .. it's closest to breast milk plus it has prebiotics which helps in easy digestion and improve gut health and immunity. I m highly satisfied with this.

A. if you have a sufficient amount of milk please feed the baby. mother's milk is best

A. You can try taking Shatavari powder that is going to be helpful you should take it at least three times in the day for better increment of your lactation it’s very healthy to be used so I would recommend you to take that
