sir my kids is 3 year 10 month old ..he is always going motion after every food... he is always ask food he say I am hungry ... this is problem ???

This probably could be happening due to indigestion which is your child is pooping like this it’s a very common thing to be seen with little kids further I’m going to recommend you to take a check with your doctor in case of requirement they will help you with medicines to follow
