A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you cdan continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and reguxlar diet and meet the doctor immediately.
