Q.

sir my daughter is 5years old and she have tonsils in throat and now it reaches in nose.Doctor ask for operation but I am so worried about it.should we operate it? please tell.

A. This can be discussed with your local doctor where your doctor will give you a correct guidance in a proper way . So more queries and doubts can be cleared after discussing . Also online consultatiojon can be taken here whichf can be more favourable for clearing the doubts .

A. A health care provider might recommend removing the tonsils if a child gets a lot of tonsil infections (called tonsillitis). Experts define "a lot" as when a doctor diagnoses a child with at least 7 infections a year, more than 5 infections a year for 2 years in a row, or three infections a year for 3 years.
