sir my child is 5 year old . he is suffering from fever in every month. when doctor give antibiotics injection then he recover. immunity power is so weak what we do please suggest sir....

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assruessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly anyd will guide you accordingly for this .
