Sir My child have not even single teeth came out she has completed 1 year 2 mnth,suggest me the solution if any for the teethig issue of my child please.

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal. so don't be tensed and wait till 18 months, teeth can erupt anytime. keep checking for the signs of teething.

Give calcium rich foods. Teething might start as late as 18 months in few babies. If you are still concerned better consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
