Keep the diet simple and bland,like boiles carrot puree, boiled potatoes, banaba, apple, daal- Khichdi, sabudana kheer.

Yes Jaggery is a very good option to go for if you do not want to give sugar to the child you can give jaggery to the child and that’s a very weird combination Idly and sugar but you sometimes don’t know what kids are going to like so replace sugar in the meal of the child with jaggery that’s a much healthier option
