sir my baby suffering From fever ,so ,,l have give medicine antibotic and paracetamol my baby ,2days so pls tell this is right

Why did you start the antibiotics?
They should be used judiciously and should be started only if necessary
Kindly consult your pediatrician and get the child evaluated
