In such a query it is important to get a proper assessment done which is possible only with clinical interaction so it will be better to visit your doctor n for proper guidan&cece regarding this. The treating doctor will advise you the proper investigation if required as well as prescribe appropriate treatment as per the requirement. If There is swelling that you should get a check with a gastrologist to know more about it because without proper assessment we really cannot be sure about the issue so it’s important because swelling doesn’t seem like a good sign to me for sure so it’s important for you to get it checked
